Bathing in Magnesium bath salts is a safe and easy way to increase sulfate and magnesium levels in the body.

Directions ;

Sprinkle some salts into warm water or a foot bath and relax for up to 20 minutes. Store in a cool, dry place. Please avoid pouring all of the jar contents into bathtub.
